Nervous System Restoration

A soft landing for the body. A space to slow down, soften, and feel gently held.

For the moments when your system is asking for less doing and more being– when you’re craving nurturing care, soothing touch, and a little more spaciousness within yourself.

  • Focus on the Senses: slow, rhythmic touch, warmth, scent, sound, and stillness, each element is intentionally woven together to create a sensory environment where you can soften, breathe, and settle.
  • Rebozos: Through slow, rhythmic bodywork, I weave in rebozos (long scarf-like cloths used in Anahuac traditions) and plant allies to create warmth, containment, and connection. Rebozos may be used to gently compress, rock, cradle, and wrap the body, creating a cocoon-like experience of being supported and held.
  • Meeting your Body where it is at: The intention is not to force a release, but to create the conditions for your body to find safety and unwind at its own pace.

You may leave feeling lighter, more spacious, grounded, or gently lifted—as though something you’ve been holding tightly has finally been given room to soften.

There is nothing to accomplish here.

Simply feel, receive, and rest.

A pause from the outside world.
A softening of the senses.
A return to the body.

Come as you are.
Leave with more space to simply be.
